For a moment consider yesterday… What did you do, be and feel…
Then consider, what were you creating in the process…
It is only by noticing what we are doing wrong can we choose to stop doing so, and therefore instead of allowing weeds to grow we can choose to plant flowers.

In today’s Footstep, I have for you another video taken randomly from my Success Made Simple course.
This video covers a simple concept that when used makes life very simple, very easy… However, as with so much of this Process, it goes against the way nearly all have been brought up.
So be very careful as you go through this, as you will be quick to assume you’ve got it and now know it…
That will almost certainly be your ego that is supporting you with that judgement.
I recommend you take a step back and decide that ‘you probably haven’t got this.’
If you can do that then I suggest you decide that you can only reward yourself and say you’ve got it when you put it into practice, at least, five times…
I suggest you look closely at how this makes you feel once you read this again…

I recommend you watch this video through once – there is a lot to think about in this short video. Then read the notes underneath the video for how best to use this video in conjunction with the training guide below to get the promised result.
Things to consider…
Watching that video on its own is worthless…
The world dwells in regret. It is like a swamp with adults buried up to their necks in regret… Unconsciously they shout to the young to come and join them in this sea of self-pity… They do not realise that this is simply creating an abundance of things to regret in life…
To regret something that has happened is pure insanity, though because everyone just does it that way – because they have no structured thought… Then everyone lives their life in the swamp and adding to it…
However, there is a better way which is easier to do than to regret things… However, the rest of the world will think you are callous, uncaring, unfeeling… So you have to decide to choose the unconsciousness of the masses, of the sanity of consciousness…
- Consider the regrets you are living with…
- Consider if you do not think you are living with any, then feel if this is true or not… Notice your ego as it will quickly tell you that you have none, which may or may not be true. It is not necessary to remove them or attempt to remove them, just to notice them and be aware of them.
- Consider, do you see any value in your regrets.
- Consider, do you feel you have not lived your life… If so then consider without getting annoyed what you are prepared to change in order to begin living it to your design…
- Consider, was there ever any other time than now?
- Consider, do you want to get to the end of your life with the shortest list possible of things you haven’t done…
- Consider, if not now, then when. As if not now, then it’s never… as there is only now…
- Consider, you are reading this at the right time for you… How do you feel about this, and what does your ego have to say about it.
- Consider, how important for you is it to not miss anymore of now.
- Consider, if you are unhappy now, you are creating more unhappiness in your future… How do you feel about this, are you prepared to change this feeling – as you may well be addicted to feeling it by now…
- Consider, do you seek to escape now, if you are not doing so now… then consider a time when you did seek it.
- Consider, are you still feeling you will be much better off in the future, but not accepting now.
- Consider, do you realise that now is the only place you can attain pleasure and satisfaction… This is not a yes or no question… It’s a thinker, go and feel what this means for you.
- Consider, nothing happens outside of the now, now is the only time that exists…
- Consider, what you are doing, being, feeling, right now is creating your future… How does this make you feel…
- Consider, if you feel bad and want to get there to feel good, then you will bring more feeling bad into your life…
- Consider, feeling bad in ANY WAY has no place in your life anymore. Consider the implications of this… Will you be like me and speak your mind when everyone says something which they automatically think you should feel too… Or will you just observe their unconscious thoughts… What works for you…
- Consider, when you realise that feeling bad in anyway is creating you a future where you’ll feel bad, then it will become the easiest thing to stop… Remember, knowing this is useless and destructive when I say realise, I mean when you are living it.
- Consider, how you are likely to go back to the insanity of unstructured thought many times before it becomes your default way of thinking… Consider, are you ok with that…
- Consider, are you happy to keep working on getting and remaining present for as long as it takes to become predominantly present.
- Consider, your egos darkness cannot survive in the light of your presence…
- Consider, you have the choice of living consciously in the now or living unconsciously in the illusion of time…
- Consider, the past the present and the future are all the same moments… They are all now… It has been then now. It is now. It will be now then… Nothing exists outside of now.
- Consider, the past and the future have no realities of their own. Their realities are just borrowed from the now…
- Consider, if you ever want anything else in life other than now…
Your mind is a creation machine, therefore, whatever you choose to give your dominant attention to becomes your eventual reality. Therefore, time spent on regret is not just wasted, it is actually destroying your future… This is rational and sane, yet those who cannot switch off their minds choose insanity as their first option… Will you continue to be one of them is the question for you to consider…
Remember: The purpose of these videos is not to overwhelm you with information. They are there to guide you to the right way to think instead of the wrong way. You have been taught by schools to cram in information, however, your results will show you if you care to look at them that this does not work. So cramming will not work here. What will work is you disassembling your thoughts and almost effortlessly constructing new ways to think.

The whole world loves this chaotic thinking garbage…
But if they were to just slow down to the pace you are at now and see the insanity for themselves…
Then consider, how different our world would become in a very short space of time.
Just consider, if you lived your life from this point on without any regret or any fear of regret… Instead you just lived and loved your life for what it is… How good would your life become…

I have been a student of ” self help” for a lot longer than I choose to say, and the past months of your emails and video’s are the most helpful of all that went before. They reafirm the things I had begun to think about “positive thinking ” and all the rest. That they just really do not work. It only took a few decades for me to realize this and without your emails and videos I might still be beating my self up because nothing seemed to work for me. Recently I bogged my mind with No Mind,holding positive thoughts ,surrendering to what is and I went deep into my mind observing what it is thinking.I was full of these thoughts.And these Thoughts gave me stress and headache.Perhaps I knew this session.I realized it again today.I am feeling happy now. Just want to say thank you for all these footsteps they’ve really open up my mind in a way I never would have been able to had I not been listening\reading your emails. I think slowly as time goes by I’m beginning to realize in myself and surrounding things I would have dealt with out of arrogance and hastiness because of frustrations in my life I’m now embracing them with peace, patience and totally accepting what is and suddenly things feels just fine like there was never any issues in the first place. I’m really thankful for the positive impact these footsteps is creating in my mind and my life and my thinking patterns is definitely changing for the better. Thank You Thank You Thank You!!!!…..
Thank you for this video – I keep forgetting about being present in the NOW even though I know when I am experiencing the ‘not’ NOW. I also caught myself regretting ther fact that I am pulled out of the NOW so often, or let’s say I am pulling myself out of it. It is still a big ask sometimes to allow myself to make what I think are mistakes and still be OK without beating myself up. Basically I think the dent to what I have deemed my image is to the fore when this happens, it is a kind of false pride which thinks it is perfect.
I know this one’s important, and I know I haven’t lived it, and it feels like THE key point to ‘get’ and is why getting control of thoughts and thinking is the first ‘must do’ process of TBFM.
So I shall be delighted with noticing the writhings of the inner monster, be the dicipline of daily growth practice, keep attention in the now of living a life by design.
And feeling it is all easy to live to this.
This is good; I will be constantly trying to live in the now. Nothing else really matters. I’ve wasted too much time forward thinking and saying I’ll be happy when I have great business success.

I am on chapter sixteen of Creating a Bug Free Mind. I am reading,studing, applying and meditating on every page. I am making progress and thrilled to have access to your material. I read and listen to footsteps to help fill in the gaps which really helps keep me to stay on track and present. However todays footstep about Living Without Regret flat out kick my ass.

I have not, as yet viewed the video because I am reading this at work. There are several “Consider” sentences that really rang a bell for me. they provoke deep thought and somehow cracked an opening thru my nutter.
